TRAI amended the Digital Connectivity Rating framework for properties, expanding the rating scale to nine levels and refining assessment rules for property categories, under-construction properties and pre-rating self-assessment.
Why it matters
The amendment changes how property digital-connectivity ratings are assessed and expressed. Digital Connectivity Rating Agencies must apply the revised nine-level scale and updated assessment framework when issuing ratings. Property managers, including those handling existing or under-construction properties, must align applications and internal readiness checks with the amended framework and revised Rating Manual.
