DGFT Public Notice No. 3/2026-27 dated 29 May 2026 revises SIONs A1090, A1794, A1827, A3105, A3106, and A3107 for Chemical and Allied Products under Export Product Group 'A' with immediate effect, changing the permitted duty-free input ratios for Advance Authorisation holders.

Revised SIONs change the permitted quantity of duty-free inputs per unit of export output for Advance Authorisation holders across six product lines. Exporters using outdated input ratios in Advance Authorisation applications or redemption documents face short-duty claims or excess import disallowance on audit. The revision covers caustic soda flakes/solid, gelatine, ossein, and fifteen chlorinated paraffin variants across three SION entries (A3105, A3106, A3107) at different chlorine content levels (41–55%).
