Bhasyam Developers has finalized the purchase of the iconic Standard Chartered Bank property located in Nungambakkam, Chennai, for an estimated Rs 1,200 crore. This acquisition is significant as it represents the largest land transaction recorded in the city recently. The 5.5-acre site, which previously housed ANZ Grindlays Bank, will be redeveloped into a luxury residential and retail project.
