CAQM invokes GRAP Stage-III across NCR

Change
On 13 December 2025, the Commission for Air Quality Management invoked Stage‑III of the Graded Response Action Plan for the entire National Capital Region.
Why it matters
Stage‑III corresponds to 'Severe' air quality (Delhi AQI 401–450). The CAQM GRAP Sub‑Committee invoked all actions envisaged under Stage‑III. The Stage‑III measures take immediate effect across the entire National Capital Region. These actions are applied in addition to Stage I and Stage II measures already in force.
