During a game against the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill suffered a potentially serious left knee injury in the third quarter. After catching a pass from quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Hill's leg twisted awkwardly as he went out of bounds, prompting immediate medical attention. The Dolphins quickly ruled him out for the remainder of the game and transported him to a local hospital for imaging and evaluation. Despite the circumstances, Hill displayed a positive attitude, clapping and smiling as he was carted off the field. Coach Mike McDaniel noted Hill's focus on the team's victory, which they achieved with a score of 27-21. Before his exit, Hill had recorded six receptions for 67 yards, bringing his season totals to 21 receptions for 265 yards and one touchdown.
