Refund & Cancellation Policy
OwlBrief is a subscription-based service. Please read this policy before subscribing.

Subscriptions
OwlBrief subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Access to paid features begins immediately upon successful payment.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already commenced.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for subscription periods that have already started. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a technical fault or duplicate billing — please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Where an erroneous charge is confirmed, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days.
Digital Delivery
All OwlBrief services are delivered digitally via the web application. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
