Allcargo Logistics has finalized a major restructuring initiative, effective November 1, by demerging its international supply chain business into a newly formed entity, Allcargo Global Limited. Concurrently, the company has merged its domestic express distribution and consultative logistics operations into the existing Allcargo Logistics Limited. This strategic move is designed to enhance operational synergy and create greater value for shareholders. The restructuring received approval from the Mumbai branch of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on October 10. Shareholders will benefit from this arrangement, receiving shares in both Allcargo Logistics and Allcargo Global on a 1:1 basis, while those holding shares in Allcargo Gati Limited will receive additional shares in Allcargo Logistics Limited based on their holdings. The listing of Allcargo Global Limited will proceed following necessary regulatory approvals.
