The funding round included participation from various institutional and private investors. The company plans to acquire 12 hotels within the current financial year, with 7 acquisitions already in advanced discussions. These hotels will be integrated into PRISM's portfolio, which includes brands like Sunday Hotels and Palette Hotels. The additional capital is expected to enhance Sunday Proptech's growth and enable it to pursue more hotel investment opportunities. InCred's Chief Investment Officer noted the company's strong performance and strategic execution, which positions it well for future acquisitions. Sunday Proptech aims to achieve Rs 42 crore in EBITDA for the financial year 2026 and targets a threefold growth in the following year.
